If you have out of network benefits, I am happy to provide a superbill each visit for possible reimbursement from your insurer. Each insurer and plan differs on the amount of out of network coverage - please consult with your insurer if you’d like to use your benefits.

Unused package visits are refundable - single visit rate will apply to all visits used.
