After running two marathons in a single year — my first ever — I developed Achilles tendinitis and needed someone who could meet me where I was: a committed athlete unwilling to simply stop running. Dr Greg Lemek delivered.
From the first session, his knowledge and attentiveness were clear. He listened carefully, explained the mechanics of my injury in plain terms, and designed a recovery program that let me keep running while steadily healing. He evaluated and recognized my abilities and limits, respecting them from the start, and built a realistic program around them.
As an active athlete himself, Greg understands the mindset and the frustration of being injured mid-training. I never felt dismissed or rushed — I felt heard.
He works out of a well-equipped gym, which means everything needed for effective rehab is on hand. The only trade-off is no private treatment room, but Greg's focused attention and practical, immediate care — even working from a portable treatment table — make it a non-issue.
Highly recommend to any runner or athlete dealing with overuse injuries. He won't just help you recover — he'll help you recover right.
— Andy, Master's RunnerSought out Greg’s advice after trying to navigate a nagging running injury and wanting to get advice about my running mechanics and form as I tried to build back up for some half marathon races. Overall very positive experience. Greg videotaped and analyzed my running form and he was very helpful in suggesting various warm ups, stretches, and strengthening exercises. His training in PT combined with knowledge of endurance sports is a nice combination and I would recommend him for anyone who is building up volume and wants to stay healthy while doing so.

Orthopedist said i could never run again without pain, swelling and being slow. Six months with Greg and I finished Cherry Blossom 10 miler in 4th place in the age group with only a bit of soreness. I recommend him for serious athletes.
