What are Wellness Sessions?

Wellness & Performance sessions are designed to help you move better, train smarter, and stay ahead of injury — even if you're not currently in pain.

These sessions are ideal for:

  • Runners, cyclists, and swimmers looking to optimize performance

  • Individuals interested in injury prevention and movement longevity

  • Older Adults seeking personalized mobility, strength, and recovery programming

During your session, we will focus on your goals including aspects such as:

  • Movement quality

  • Bone and Joint Health

  • Strength, mobility, and balance

  • Recovery strategies & training load management

  • Lifestyle factors affecting performance such as sleep and nutrition

  • Running gait or lifting technique assessments for non-injured individuals

  • Bike Fitting for non-injured individuals

How is Wellness and Performance Different from PT?

  • Unlike physical therapy, these services are not intended to treat an injury or medical condition.

  • Wellness services are for injury-free individuals

  • PT visits are for active rehab or medically necessary care (non-Medicare only)

  • Both offer personalized, 1-on-1 sessions — but with different goals

  • Wellness services are not physical therapy sessions, do not require a referral, and are not billable to insurance or Medicare.
